REMAR Biennial Pilgrimage
|
Exploring our begginings...
|
Aims
To provide Helmspeople, Navigators and Rowers with the opportunity:
- to experience a Marist Pilgrimage
- to be immersed in an experience of living the gospel value of simplicity
- to share in an experience of prayer and community at Taize
- to get in touch with our Marist roots by walking and talking the land of Champagnat
Style of experience
Apart from being a lot of fun, the pilgrimage aims to be a simplicity experience with emphasis placed on travelling light.
We will be walking the land of Champagnat, literally following in his footsteps, camping out in tents in Taize and getting right into French culture.
Who is it for:
- Helmspeople
- Rowers from Gold and upwards
- Navigators
- Members of Marist Young Adult Ministry
